“Yesterday a dream...today a reality! Soon we will be inaugurating our "Cultural Strengthening Center" in the community of Santa María de Fátima. This educational project aims to promote reading and environmental conservation through recreational activities. The road was very hard to find help, many did not believe in our initiative, doors were closed to us, but we made it!!!... thank you, EKOAMAZON, noble-hearted friends, community authorities, parents and the educational community by H.M. of Fátima...Soon the story will be told by its own protagonists.” - James Pasmimo Escobedo

This year, we’re excited to announce that we are building three additional Centers in the Timicuro I Zona, Rafael Beaudre Zona II, and Manati Zona I communities! Each Center will be managed by a committee composed of teachers, parents, community leaders, and students from their respective communities—an initiative that perfectly embodies the mission and values of EKOAMAZON.
