Cultural Strengthening Centers number FIVE and SIX are finished and number SEVEN is just getting started!

What began with a single idea in the Amazon has continued to grow—one community, one partnership, and one Cultural Strengthening Center at a time.

Today, Centers in Santa Maria de Fatima, Manati Zona I, Rafael Belaunde Zona II, Timicuro I Zona, Llachapa, and Sucusari are now open and serving their communities.

And the journey continues.

This year, we’re excited to add another chapter: a new Cultural Strengthening Center in Primero de Enero, our third Center along the Napo River.

But these Centers are more than buildings. They belong to the communities they serve. Each one is guided by a local committee made up of teachers, parents, community leaders, and students—ensuring that the Center reflects the hopes, needs, culture, and dreams of the people who call the community home.

From three students with an idea in 2013 to a growing network of communities working together today, the journey has taken us farther than we ever imagined.
